Meet Chaske Spencer

Breaking Dawn came out on DVD February 11th. Many of you may have already had to run out and buy a copy for your teen girls (or yourself...). I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Chaske Spencer, Sam from the movie. We dished about the movie, his career, crazed Twilight fans and of course, his abs.

The Magic House is going to the dogs and cats and hamsters! On Saturday, March 3, The Magic House is opening a brand new Pet Clinic in the museum's Children's Village. Children can dress up in lab coats and scrubs and take on the role of veterinarians and veterinarian assistants as they bandage, weigh, x-ray, scan microchips, groom and take care of their furry patients. Waddle to the Zoo on Sundays this winter and help us celebrate penguins with penguin-related games and activities, animal biofacts, crafts and more. Delta Dental's Land of Smiles characters, the Tooth Wizard, his pals Panda and Jumpin' Jacamo and their arch nemesis, PlaqueMan, will teach kids about the importance of a healthy smile and the skills to maintain their healthy smiles throughout life through an interactive theatre program. In addition to teaching good oral health habits, the entertaining characters will also educate children on the benefits of eating healthy foods and active play 60 minutes a day.
